*This Sunday, December 27, is Rising Hope Food Donation. Please drop off your donations in the box on the Ed Bldg porch or take directly to the Berdux home at 4201 Pickering Place.
Rising Hope is asking for donation of any extra brown paper bags that you might have at home. If you would drop them off at the church, put them in the Rising Hope box on the front porch of Ed Bldg.
Change to Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Schedule:
Because of the rise of COVID cases, under the advisement of the Bishops office, we are suspending all in person services for the rest of the year, including Christmas Eve. But we have a terrific plan that we are excited about on Christmas Eve and we hope you will join us!! It will mean not gathering at Washington Farm but we will gather on Zoom for a traditional lessons and carols service. Zoom will allow us to see one another’s faces, to exchange Christmas greetings and to feel the warmth of the Christmas Spirit.

We are preparing a treat to deliver to those in the area so if you are close and we might not have your address or you know someone who you would like to invite to spend Christmas Eve with us, send us the address at admin@washingtonfarmumc.org by Monday December 21st and we will make sure they receive a Christmas Eve bag.
December 25: Christmas Day 11AM-zoom worship. On Christmas Day, let’s gather together for a short worship, giving thanks to God for the blessings of the gift of Jesus Christ.

We have volunteers for Mondlach House meals through February. We still need a volunteer for the March 21 meal. Super volunteers! Thank you all! We will start our signups for the Hypothermia Shelters after the first of the year.
