Annual Conference
Come worship this Sunday as our District Associate Lay Leader, Eileen Fraedrich, leads us once again and shares highlights from last week’s Virginia Annual Conference. The Virginia Conference is the regional body that connects and supports United Methodist churches across the Commonwealth, and the annual conference meeting is where clergy and lay members gather each year for worship, decision‑making, and ministry updates. Pastor Claire, Pastor Keiko, and Eileen all attended this year’s gathering, and Eileen will offer a firsthand look at how God is moving in the life of our conference. Come be encouraged and inspired. |

Welcoming Pastor Keiko FosterJuly 5th | 10 AM Worship Our church family expands again on July 5th as we celebrate the arrival of Pastor Keiko Foster and her family with the love, openness, and grace of a Washington Farm welcome. Enjoy worship and stay for the celebration. During her first two months, nametags will be available in the narthex. Please fill one out and wear it each Sunday. We only have to learn three new names, but Pastor Keiko has to learn all of ours, and nametags will make those first conversations a little easier for everyone. Pastor Keiko will be hosting three Sundays at the Parsonage after worship this summer to help us get to know her and for her to get to know each of us. Choose one of the dates—July 26, August 9, or August 30—and plan to stay after worship and walk over to the parsonage as we enjoy growing in fellowship together. |

Sunday Night Live
Pastor Keiko is teaming up with Bob Enck and Drew Barnes, your former youth leaders, and they’re already planning a seriously fun summer for Sunday Night Live. We’ve heard talk of Four Square, Volleyball, and a few surprises they’re keeping quiet for now. Here’s what’s coming up:
More dates and details for the rest of the summer will be coming soon. |

Food Collection For Rising Hope
This Sunday is our monthly collection for Rising Hope Mission Church, whose Food Market and kitchen serve more than 300 families each week along the Route One corridor. The most needed items remain the same: canned protein, low-sodium vegetables, beans, pasta, baby wipes, diapers in Sizes 1 through 4T, cereal, sugar, protein and granola bars, single-serve cereal, and shelf-stable milk. You can learn more about Rising Hope’s amazing work by visiting their website or following them on social media. If you feel called to do more, you can sign up to volunteer. It is a wonderful way to get to know our neighbors and support a ministry that makes a real difference. |
